We take all reasonable security measures to protect stored personal and financial information. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing. UP Beauty will not provide our customers’ personal or financial information to other companies or individuals.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.


As part of our commitment to customer service, UP Beauty offers a fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. All returns must be received within 30 days in order to receive a full refund. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. If you qualified for a gift with your purchase that item must also be returned with your purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of UP Beauty.

If returning an item(s), you must include the following in order to receive a full refund:

  1. All products being returned
  2. All print material, including the packing slip
  3. Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the box
  4. All gifts with purchase that were associated with the purchase of the items being returned.

If these items are not included with your package you will not receive a refund or be eligible for an exchange.

Also, to ensure that your returns are received by UP Beauty, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service.

Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by UP Beauty or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable. There will be a $15 service charge applied to all refused packages.

FREE Standard shipping on orders over $100.00.*

  • Delivery to U.S. States only. Excludes weekends and holidays. In-stock items only.
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm PST may not ship until the following business day
  • Weekend and holidays are not considered business days. Please take this into account when requesting 2-Day ship methods.
  • Delivery to the contiguous U.S. States: Delivery time will vary by state. No guaranteed delivery date.
  • Time stated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Packages being shipped to a PO Box can only be shipped via Standard Shipping.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories:

Please note that UPS cannot guarantee shipping in 2 days to non-contiguous U.S. entities at this time. UP Beauty cannot refund orders or file claims with UPS unless it has been longer than 3 business days. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with their UP Beauty purchase. All customs charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped, not by UP Beauty. Please check with your local postal carrier regarding customs charges prior to ordering. Shipments to the UK may incur a 8lb Royal Mail Handling Fee. Any packages refused and sent back to UP Beauty will not be refunded or reshipped.

We do not ship to Israel, Ghana, North Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Nigeria, Vietnam, Hong Kong or Canada. We reserve the right to cancel any international order.Canadian Customers Shop Here:

Shipping Days: Monday thru Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to UP Beauty and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday. Orders placed after 2:00 PST will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping: Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. can be expected within 2-7 business days. Orders shipped to the western U.S. generally take 1-4 business days. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. UP Beauty is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive from UP Beauty is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages en route.

Items that are DOT restricted, including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. DOT restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international customers.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email ([email protected]).

In accordance with U.S. federal holidays, UP Beauty’s warehouse will be closed on the following days of the 2011 calendar:
